|2 Diets for 2 Different Goals

I have been dieting since January 2012 and I have lost 69 pounds, and I went from a size 16 to a size 8! Many of you have been asking me what my secret is, and instead of answering everyone individually, I figured I would write one post for everyone to read!
First I would like to preface this post by saying that the two diets I chose were recommended to me by others, and although there are many different kinds of diets out there, these are the two I found the easiest for me. I would also like to say that along with dieting, I try to workout at least 30 minutes a day, 5-7 days a week if I can. I set my own workout routine, and I workout solo. It just works better for me when I have no distractions!
